Our Project Management Services as a specialized service that provides its clients end-to-end project management services encompassing the entire life cycle of telecom infrastructure implementation.

Starting from site survey to site integration. Our Project Management helps complete compliance and ensures that all issues are strictly managed and controlled to the required specifications. In addition Project Management Services also includes supply of skilled manpower for Project Management activities on time and expenses basis.

Scope of Works:

  • Receipt of site information from customer.
  • RFI check at the site besides ensuring the site permissions.
  • Material reception and checking as per packing list and intimate the customer in case of exigency.
  • Grouting the equipment rack and inserting all required modules as per the manual.
  • Interconnection with appropriate cables.
  • Grounding the equipment.
  • Installation of DCDB and extension of power to the equipment.
  • Installation of optical cables if required and measurement of power.
  • Switching on the equipment and commissioning as per the procedure.
  • BER test if required.
  • Preparation of AT document and sign off.
